You will drive profitable operations across all departments, ensure safety and top-tier customer service, and mentor staff to deliver an inviting healthy-living shopping experience. The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, a preferred business/management degree, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience
• Degree in business, management, marketing, retailing, communications, or related field preferred
• Be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to direct and collaborate with a team
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to engage customers
• Ability to manage staff: interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisals
• Proven leadership to build and motivate staff, analyze reports and meet financial goals
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and maximize the entire store's operations across all departments
• Ensure efficient, safe, clean, well-stocked store with responsible inventory and profitability
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop staff; handle disciplinary actions and performance appraisals
• Address customer complaints and foster positive community relations; handle administrative duties
• Coordinate sales promotions, merchandising, and advertising copy
