You will drive sales, ensure product quality and maintain safety and standards across all departments. The role requires 1-3 years of retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience
• Degree in business, management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, liberal arts, or related field preferred
• Be dependable and flexible with schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and maximize the store’s operations and departments
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and well-stocked inventory; manage profits/losses
• Hire, train and develop staff; supervise staff performance and conduct
• Address customer complaints and manage community relations and store policies
• Coordinate merchandising, promotions and reporting per company procedures
