Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Sprouts store, overseeing all departments and ensuring profitable operations. You will hire, train, and develop staff, handle customer service, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication to provide an inviting shopping and working environment in a fast-paced natural foods store.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Bachelor degree in business, management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, liberal arts, or related field preferred.
• Flexibility with schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Oversee and maximize store operations and departments (Produce, Bakery, Deli, Meat, Dairy, etc.).
