Job summary

Deckers Brands, owner of UGG, is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to visual standards while coaching staff to meet goals.

You will recruit, train, and motivate employees, balance budgets, and stay ahead of market trends to delight customers and strengthen the brand’s presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Four years minimum retail store management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable seasonality, volume and size.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to meet business goals.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, especially during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and coach store team members.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and labor management.
• Execute visual merchandising directions and maintain store standards.
• Lead efforts to drive sales and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement store strategies to increase traffic and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate customer needs.
• Maintain recruiting networks for candidate sourcing.
