Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 years minimum of retail store management experience.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff and drive sales, payroll, inventory and budgets with the District Manager.
• Develop talent and build bench strength within the district.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and Be the Brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels and shrink; implement merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and departments to align on initiatives.
