Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG stores seek a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive brand loyalty. You will greet customers, understand product lines, and communicate promotions and sustainability commitments.

You’ll lead a small team, manage transactions, and ensure inventory is accurate and merchandised to Deckers standards, while upholding a positive store culture and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail store experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty and engage customers.
• Greet customers promptly, answer questions, and explain return policies clearly.
• Operate cash register, manage inventory, stock floors, and maintain Visual Merchandising standards.
