MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will mentor shifts, drive sales, maintain visual standards, and implement strategies to meet performance goals.

You will lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, manage inventory and scheduling, participate in recruitment, and promote the MINISO membership program to boost loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Strong leadership and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations and service.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales and productivity through customer engagement and memberships.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, damages, and store supplies.
• Support recruitment, training and retention of staff.
• Assist with scheduling and compliance with policies.
• Partner with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
