Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Store Manager in Madison, WI to lead a dynamic team and deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will guide daily operations, uphold merchandising standards, and drive sales while promoting the store’s membership program and customer loyalty.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, optimize labor and inventory, and report to the Area/District Manager. Strong leadership and communication are essential, along with willingness to relocate or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive day-to-day performance.
• Develop and mentor store team including ASMs, shift leads, and sales associates.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent and create career paths.
• Promote the store membership program to increase sign-ups and loyalty.
• Manage labor, inventory, and merchandising to meet sales goals.
• Ensure cash-handling accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain an engaging, clean, and safe store environment.
