You will collaborate with the Store Manager, coach staff, and manage store floor activities, inventory, and customer engagements. The role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts and a proactive, team-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with teams in retail environments.
• Self-motivated and able to drive store performance.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and customer needs efficiently.
• Basic Windows-based POS familiarity; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and team coaching.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Manage staffing, store cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Support loss prevention and curb expenses.
