You will drive sales, coach the team, and maintain store standards while managing expenses and inventory.

This role involves local travel to accounts and deposits, with full-time hours and a focus on creating a positive, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with prompt follow-through.
• Multi-tasking across customers and projects.
• Windows-savvy with POS system training provided.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency and Excel knowledge helpful (40+ wpm).
• Flexibility for opening/closing shifts.
• Criminal background check and online assessment required.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers beyond expectations.
• Lead and mentor the team, set goals, coach, and recognize performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations: staff, store cleanliness, stock.
• Monitor expenses and follow Loss Prevention directives.
• Identify business concerns and report to Store Manager.
• Travel locally to visit accounts, find new customers, and handle deposits.
