Job summary

Uniform Advantage Brands is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Sugar Land, TX location. You will build strong customer relationships, coach the team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding service while managing inventory, visuals, and store standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic goal setting, and hands-on retail management to support healthcare professionals who wear UA Brands’ apparel.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, prompt follow-through.
• Multi-tasker able to handle multiple customers and projects.
• Windows skills; POS training will be provided.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Excel a plus; 40+ wpm typing.
• Flexibility for opening or closing shifts.
• Criminal background check and online assessment completed.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go above and beyond to serve the customer.
• Lead and coach the team; set goals and recognize performance.
• Collaborate to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, and store maintenance.
• Monitor expenses and follow Loss Prevention directives.
• Travel locally to visit key accounts and deposits.
