Job summary

Uniform Advantage (UA Brands) is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in Albuquerque, NM. You will lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and build strong customer and team relationships to deliver exceptional service.

You will oversee staff, coordinate with the Store Manager, manage openings/closings, and support loss-prevention efforts while providing a positive shopping experience for healthcare professionals and other customers.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills, including strong organizational and professional communications.
• Self-starter: detail-oriented and proactive.
• Multi-tasker: handle multiple customers and projects at once.
• Windows savvy: training on internal POS will be provided.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel a plus), 40+ wpm typing speed.
• Flexibility to accommodate opening or closing shifts.
• Background check and online assessment required.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers beyond standard expectations.
• Lead and mentor the team, set and communicate goals, recognize performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet sales goals.
• Manage daily store operations and keep the store clean and stocked.
• Monitor expenses and follow Loss Prevention directives.
• Communicate business concerns to Store Manager and solve problems.
• Travel locally to visit key accounts, find new customers and make bank deposits.
