Job summary

Uniform Advantage operates a dynamic retail environment in Sugar Land, TX. You will serve as store manager or assistant store manager, leading a team of healthcare-focused staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Expect hands-on leadership, coaching, and collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve targets. The role involves managing daily operations, staffing, and loss prevention while ensuring a clean, well-stocked store.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with punctual follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Training on internal POS will be provided; Windows savvy.
• Excel knowledge and 40+ wpm typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Go above and beyond to serve customers.
• Lead and coach team; set goals and recognize good work.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and keep store stocked and clean.
• Monitor expenses and follow Loss Prevention directives.
• Identify business concerns and communicate with Store Manager.
• Travel locally to visit key accounts and deposit bank funds.
