Job summary

Uniform Advantage / UA Brands in Timonium, MD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a busy retail store serving healthcare professionals. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will support daily operations, merchandising, and inventory, while maintaining a welcoming store and strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass assessment test.
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members.
• Help set, communicate and achieve store sales goals.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked and welcoming store.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory and operational standards.
• Help control expenses and follow Loss Prevention procedures.
• Identify business opportunities and partner with the Store Manager to solve problems.
• Build relationships with local customers and key accounts.
• Make bank deposits and occasionally travel locally for business needs.
• Support occasional off-site “pop-up” stores at client hospitals or offices.
