Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and profitability at one or more locations within the district. You will lead sales, customer service, and store-level leadership to deliver results.

Responsibilities include cash handling, compliance, staff scheduling, training, and coordinating with the District Director of Operations. You will engage customers, resolve issues, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and options.
• Interact with customers using active listening to resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations when needed.
• Respond to customer questions, applications, requests, sales and calls per procedures.
• Handle and count currency, cash deposits, and manage cash drawer.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Complete compliance trainings quarterly.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedule and cover other stores in the district.
• Support staff to ensure customer service and sales culture.
• Assist District Director with recruiting of Assistant Store Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
