Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening and resolve issues.
• Escalate complex issues to District Director of Operations as needed.
• Handle and count currency; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports daily.
• Process all transactions per policy, including loans and check cashing.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and assist in district coverage.
• Assist recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
