Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Commitment to values: accountable, inclusive, transparent, focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the District Director of Operations.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance batch receipts; resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and assist with store leadership.
• Assist recruitment and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers in the district.
• Travel to stores within the district as needed.
