Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio, presenting options.
• Interact with customers to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to District Director of Operations if unresolved.
• Respond professionally to general questions and customer applications per regulations.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins, manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate store operations and training for target metrics.
• Maintain staff schedule and support other stores in the district.
