CNG Holdings, Inc. seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability at one of our retail locations. You will oversee site operations, sales, customer service, and store leadership to achieve district targets.

The role requires 2+ years in sales and cash handling with supervisory experience. Travel within the district may be required; strong communication and accountability are essential.

Formación

• Minimum two years in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• Proven supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers by presenting product options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify information and resolve complaints.
• Escalate unresolved issues to District Director of Operations and Corporate Office as needed.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins, including cash drawer management and deposits.
• Process transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
