Job summary

Journeys is seeking an energetic Manager in Training candidate to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to hit sales goals and protect assets. You will lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail setting, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and adherence to company policies, while delivering a fun, full-service experience to customers. Must be able to work 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and complete training programs.
• Completion of training leading to Manager in Training or equivalent.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire store personnel to meet sales goals.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
