Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training to recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing retail team in a fast-paced store environment. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure loss prevention practices while delivering a fun, full-service experience to every customer.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn. The role requires 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Recruit, interview, and hire high-caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Train and develop a successful sales team and provide coaching.
• Ensure company initiatives are implemented per direction and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Recognize staff for growth and supervise all store operations and loss prevention.
• Plan weekly staffing schedules and provide a fun, full-service customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and uphold Journeys culture.
