Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals
• Recruit, interview, and hire in-store staff
• Train and develop a successful sales team
• Provide coaching and enforce company policies
• Ensure initiatives align with company direction
• Conduct monthly performance reviews
• Supervise daily store operations
• Oversee loss prevention practices
• Plan weekly staffing schedules
• Provide a fun, full-service customer experience
• Resolve customer issues effectively
• Uphold Journeys culture with the team
• Lead to Manager in Training path or equivalent
