Lids Sports Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will manage staff, execute visual standards, and ensure smooth cash handling and inventory processes.

As the heart of the store team, you will foster a fun, inclusive environment, train associates, and uphold Lids brand standards. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires a passion for sports retail and fan-first experiences.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store operations to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalate issues as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain store standards, scheduling, and staffing in alignment with company policies.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and daily store procedures.
