Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store teams, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in our Minnesota location. You will manage scheduling, training, and daily operations while upholding Lids standards and policies.

You will coach staff, handle customer escalations, and maintain visual merchandising, inventory, and store facilities. This role offers growth, a collaborative team, and opportunities for performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings.
• Engage team to create a fun, productive environment aligned with company goals.
• Schedule and staff the store including calling in associates for peaks.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations to 'make it right'.
• Adhere to visual guidelines and professional dress code.
• Maintain store tech and equipment MPOS, Lids Custom; perform updates.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Protect company assets and manage inventory counts.
