Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager for a flagship retail location. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and manage daily storefront operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

As a Store Manager, you will implement the selling strategy, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies while creating an engaging, inclusive work environment for staff and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience with ability to train staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training and meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours, with excellent attendance.
• Experience in retail store operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and customer service excellence.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and development of store team.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and store compliance with company policies and laws.
• Drive product strategy, merchandising, and visual presentation across the store.
