Lids Store Manager position at Lids Sports Group seeks a store leader who will be the heart and soul of the store, driving sales, service, and team engagement. You will apply product knowledge to meet customer needs and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment across shifts.

The role includes owning hiring and onboarding, leading training, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Proven supervisory skills, with capacity to deliver training material and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight for training and/or business meetings.
• Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs, and maintain an excellent attendance record.
• Proven managerial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and address issues in the moment, including escalations and urgent requests.
• Direct in-store team members to ensure optimal customer service and smooth store operations.
• Educate customers about Lids membership programs and in-store offers.
• Drive store operations, scheduling, payroll compliance, and inventory processes.
• Oversee product strategy, backroom organization, and visual merchandising.
