You will coach employees, manage payroll and schedules, and drive sales goals while maintaining brand standards and community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.

Formación

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Demonstrates ownership mindset and leads by example.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision and strategy to prioritize a customer-centered culture and drive store performance.
• Hire, develop and coach a retail team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Own store financials: manage payroll, schedules, and sales goals.
• Lead by communicating expectations, giving feedback, and empowering the team to perform.
