Job summary

Marshalls within The TJX Companies seeks a Store Manager who can foster an inclusive, high‑performance environment and drive sales through strong leadership. You will mentor a large team and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.

You will oversee all store operations—from merchandising and scheduling to loss prevention and safety—and partner with district leadership to optimize inventory, pricing, and presentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years retail store or district manager experience in high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a large team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of store operations including customer service, merchandising, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages; includes merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers; mentor for promotion readiness to Store Manager.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales; provide insights on merchandising mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics; conduct竞争分析.
