Marshalls store in Shallotte, NC, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a large team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, off-price environment.

You will oversee all store operations, recruit and mentor Associates and Assistant Managers, develop sales plans, manage loss prevention, and ensure compliance with company policies while fostering an inclusive, energetic culture.

Formación

• 3-5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Leadership focused on collaboration and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of store operations, customer service, and loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink.
