Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in retail as Store or District Manager.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Knowledge of store operations, health & safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and adjust merchandise mix based on demographics and competition.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure policy compliance through reviews and audits.
• Ensure every customer has a positive experience with high standards of service and presentation.
