Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash handling, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping/receiving) with focus on shrink reduction.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Associates to build a capable, engaged team.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Execute strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service goals; coordinate loss prevention and optimize store layout.
