Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Store Manager for Ballard Designs at our Charlotte, NC location. Lead the team, promote brand standards, and deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving EBITDA and store performance.

Requirements include 5+ years in specialty or multi-unit retail, flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems. Onsite role with competitive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and move medium to large items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make plans & improve EBITDA by creating an exceptional place to work and shop.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and guest loyalty through store programs.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members across positions.
• Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity and sales goals.
