Job summary

QVC Group, Ballard Designs division, is seeking an Associate Store Manager for our Oak Brook, IL store. You will lead store operations, recruit and train the team, and drive sales while ensuring an outstanding guest experience in a branded Ballard Designs environment.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will develop strategies to increase EBITDA, partner on community and events, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in specialty retail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Workday, Kronos, and POS systems.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

• Deliver training on product knowledge and sales principles.
• Provide leadership to maximize sales, productivity, and profitability.
