Job summary

QVC Group in the United States seeks an Associate Store Manager to lead a Ballard Designs store, promote the brand, and deliver an inspiring guest experience. You will recruit, train and coach a stellar team, ensure profitability, and execute programs to exceed expectations.

Reporting to the Store Leader, you will focus on talent development, operational excellence, and guest engagement across a dynamic retail environment in Fort Worth, TX, with relocation considerations managed by the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in specialty retail industry.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Workday, Kronos and POS systems.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver leadership to sales and operations in the store to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Train and develop staff, recruit and retain great talent.
• Implement store programs, drive sales and manage EBITDA goals.
• Collaborate with Store Leader on initiatives to increase guest loyalty.
• Ensure brand standards and exceptional guest experiences
