QVC Group, Inc. is hiring an Associate Store Manager in Nashville, TN. This onsite role focuses on hiring and retaining great talent to deliver an inspiring shopping experience that aligns with the Ballard Designs brand values and company standards.

You will lead a stellar team, promote brand programs, and report to the Store Leader. The role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves lifting up to 50lbs as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in specialty retail industry.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Workday, Kronos, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sales Associate training with product knowledge and benefits of the assortment.
• Provide leadership to the team to build sales, operations, HR responsibilities and guest satisfaction.
• Improve store EBITDA by creating an exceptional place to work and shop for guests.
• Develop a strategy with the Store Leader to increase sales and guest loyalty through store programs and events.
• Recruit and train Team Members for all open positions.
