Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Ballard Designs store in Roswell, GA, onsite daily. You will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter, drive sales, and guide a stellar team to embody brand values, standards, and experiences.

You will report to the VP of Retail and play a key role in budgeting, payroll forecasting, and executing store programs to maximize guest satisfaction and EBITDA. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a premier shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in specialty retail or multi-unit retail environments.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.

• Develop a strategy to increase sales and build guest loyalty through store programs, including Design Services, Ballard Designs Private Label Credit Card, community outreach, and additional corporate and regional events throughout the year.
• Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members in all open positions.
• Forecast and adjust monthly payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales/payroll goals, and complete workload.

Your leadership will guide company programs, increase sales, and set your store to exceed all expectations.
• You will report to the VP of Retail.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Roswell, GA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
