Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Store Manager for the Ballard Designs brand in Fort Worth, TX. You will recruit, train and lead a team to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and exceed sales expectations.

You will report to the Store Leader and focus on driving service excellence, store operations, and brand standards while building guest loyalty through initiatives, events, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in specialty retail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Lead and develop a team to deliver an inspiring shopping experience
• Oversee store operations, processes and guest service standards
