Safelite AutoGlass is seeking an organized Store Manager to lead all retail operations, focusing on quality and service for a memorable customer experience. You’ll coach teams, manage cash and inventory, and ensure safety and compliance while driving KPI targets.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a hands-on approach to a fast-paced retail/service environment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; leadership experience valued.
• 3+ years leadership experience in retail/service environments.
• Automotive experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and staff scheduling.
• Drive KPI performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store policies compliance and safety.
• Provide world-class customer service and address complaints.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandise presentation.
