The Container Store in Little Rock, AR seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store execution with strong people leadership and operational excellence. This full-time, exempt role partners with the General Manager to translate strategy into action and drive sales, customer experience, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using business insights and operational reporting.
• Open availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes the store’s business strategy by leading day-to-day operations and aligning efforts to revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Coaches and develops the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance.
• Manages payroll reporting and staffing needs in line with traffic and priorities.
• Analyzes store data to track progress toward goals and guide team focus.
• Leads visual merchandising and product presentation to support sales.
• Oversees inventory control, fulfillment processes, and backroom organization for accuracy and efficiency.
• Leads recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
