The Container Store is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store execution with strong people leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.

This full-time, salaried role partners with the General Manager to translate strategic priorities into action, coach staff, manage payroll, and ensure a safe, visually inspiring store environment that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using sales platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations, align efforts to revenue, customer experience and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop the team, provide real-time feedback and model selling behaviors.
• Support labor planning and scheduling in line with business needs.
• Analyze store data to track progress and guide team focus on sales and service.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand presentation.
