Job summary

The Container Store in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store execution, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the General Manager to translate priorities into action, coach teams, manage payroll, and ensure visual standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and lead teams and drive performance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear and effective communicator across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Executes the store's business strategy by leading day-to-day operations and aligning efforts to drive revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Coaches and develops the team to deliver consistent performance and exceptional customer service.
• Manages payroll reporting and staffing needs in alignment with priorities and traffic.
• Analyzes store data to track progress toward goals and identify gaps.
• Leads visual merchandising and store presentation to meet brand standards.
• Oversees inventory control, fulfillment processes, and backroom organization for accuracy and efficiency.
• Recruits, onboarding, and trains new employees and supports career progression.
