Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store execution with strong people leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Executes the store’s business strategy by leading day-to-day operations and aligning efforts to drive revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Coaches and develops the team to deliver consistent performance and exceptional customer service.
• Supports labor planning and scheduling by managing payroll reporting and staffing needs.
• Analyzes store-level data to track progress toward goals and guide team focus.
• Leads the execution of visual merchandising to align with brand guidelines and boost sales.
• Manages inventory control, fulfillment processes, and backroom organization for accuracy and efficiency.
