Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a Store Manager in Kendall, FL to lead daily store execution with strong people leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This full-time, salaried role partners with the General Manager to translate strategic priorities into action, coaching staff and managing merchandising and operations to achieve business results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams and drive performance.
• Strong focus on customer experience, store presentation, and safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with the General Manager to drive revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Coach and develop staff with real-time feedback and modeling selling behaviors.
• Oversee labour planning, scheduling, payroll reporting, and staffing aligned with business priorities and customer traffic.
• Analyze store data to track progress toward goals and identify performance gaps across sales, service, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines to inspire customers and support sales.
