Job summary

The Container Store is seeking a General Manager to lead the store team, uphold our values, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive overall business performance. You will supervise a management team, develop talent, communicate across staff and leadership, and model accountability and teamwork on the sales floor.

You’ll build effective teams, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure a positive, high-energy store culture.

Qualifications

• Ten years of leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to engage customers and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop effective store teams.
• Drive engagement by collaborating with Area Director and Store Managers.
• Communicate effectively with staff, Area and Regional Directors, and customers.
• Instill trust and accountability.
