Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager for Bridgewater Commons Mall to lead daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will own the customer experience, visual standards, and store performance while upholding POP MART’s brand and product storytelling.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance reviews, ensuring profitability and a premium in-store experience. Occasional travel and events support are required to grow POP MART’s North America presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage operations.
• Experience guiding teams of 10+ employees and coaching leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to improve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance: sales, payroll, expenses and profitability.
• Drive KPIs such as conversion, UPT, ATV, inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach staff to do the same.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Launch product promotions and ensure brand standards across the store.
• Support community engagement and store events, including travel up to 10%.
