POP MART Americas Inc. in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking a Store Manager to lead every aspect of the store, deliver exceptional customer experiences, develop a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will own business performance, manage visual presentation, inventory, scheduling and payroll while promoting POP MART’s collectible characters and exclusive products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership and talent development across the store, coaching and retaining a high-performing team.
• Own the store's financial performance, KPIs, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and act as POP MART brand ambassador.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and seasonal displays aligned with brand.
• Engage with community events and store openings to grow brand awareness.
