Job summary

POP MART in Walt Whitman Mall is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead all aspects of the business and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will build and coach a high-performing team, own store performance including sales, payroll, and inventory, and drive visual merchandising and promotional campaigns while upholding POP MART’s premium brand. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management in high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and driving performance.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business/Retail Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team.
• Own store financial performance including sales and expenses.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and brand representation.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, payroll, inventory.
