POP MART is seeking a Store Manager for the Bridgewater Commons Mall location. You will lead a high-volume store, drive sales performance, develop the team, and deliver a premium customer experience across daily operations, merchandising, and brand execution.

You will own P&L, schedule, inventory, and visual standards, while coaching leaders and promoting POP MART's collectibles and artist collaborations. Evening/weekend flexibility required.

Formación

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operations, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees and coaching leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with a customer focus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Appreciation of designer toys, collectibles, art, pop culture, or lifestyle brands.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Own store financials including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Drive store KPIs such as conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead product launches, limited-edition releases, and campaigns.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and brand ambassador presence.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, cash handling, and stockroom management.
• Maintain premium store visuals and execute merchandising strategies.
• Support in-store events, community engagement, and brand initiatives.
