Job summary

In this on-site role, you will manage staff, handle cash, maintain compliance with policies, and collaborate with district leadership to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously, and provide store-level leadership.
• Must have own reliable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on products and services to meet their needs.
• Interact with customers, listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Escalate issues to leadership when unable to resolve with the customer.
• Respond to customer questions, applications, and sales in accordance with policy.
• Handle and count currency, cash deposits, and other cash handling tasks.
• Balance receipts and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding of Assistant Store Managers.
