CNG Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily operations and profitability of one or more retail locations. You will oversee site operations, sales, customer service, and store leadership, ensuring compliance with policies and district targets.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and supervisory skills, plus the ability to travel within the district as needed. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and provide store level leadership.
• Must have reliable transportation; valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio, presenting options that meet their needs.
• Interact with customers using active listening to resolve questions and concerns.
• Escalate issues to the District Director of Operations or Corporate Office when necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries and process transactions in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Handle cash, balance cash drawer, and manage bank deposits as required.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions accurately (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
• Coordinate operations and training to achieve store metric targets.
• Maintain staff schedules and cover other stores as needed.
